TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We require a 50% advance payment to start work for all custom orders. The remaining 50% will need to be made before the package is shipped out.
- We will not be able to accept any cancellations/returns/exchanges of these products, nor will we make any changes to the artwork once it is approved by the client.
- Customised orders take a minimum of 14 days, depending on the client’s specifications. We will discuss exact timelines over a call, once we are briefed about the requirements
- We do not accept any responsibility for damage to the product after it reaches the client. If a product is damaged on arrival, we will reimburse the client at our discretion.
- Please follow our wash-care instructions very carefully to avoid any unnecessary damage to the product
