EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Massio, we are dedicated to delivering comfort and luxury. To maintain the quality of our sleepwear, we have established the following policy for exchanges and refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit
If you are unsatisfied with your order (e.g., fit or style preference), we offer an exchange for a different size or product, or we can provide store credit.

Communication: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

Store Credit: If you opt for store credit instead of an immediate exchange, it will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

Process: Once we receive the returned item and approve the exchange, your new product will be shipped within 10 working days.

Refund Policy
We take great care in our production; therefore, refunds are strictly reserved for products that are damaged.

*Brand Discretion: All refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Massio and are subject to a thorough inspection of the goods upon receipt.*

Change of Mind: We do not provide monetary refunds if you change your mind about a product. In these cases, you are welcome to an exchange or store credit.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product.

Payment Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For COD purchases, please email your bank details to our care team.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale Products: All items purchased on sale are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Customized Orders: Customized pieces are not eligible for exchange. However, we do offer size alterations if there are fit issues.
