• We make our best efforts to get your orders delivered within 5 - 7 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take longer but if this happens we will be in touch with you at every stage.
• Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• Please ensure that your order is sealed/unopened at the time of accepting delivery from the courier. If you find the package opened/ tampered with, please inform us on care@massio.in
• At present, shipping is only available within India.
• We require confirmation from customers before dispatching any COD orders, and if confirmation is not received within 72 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
