Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
  • Any purchase can be exchanged only for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you with a store credit for the same amount valid for two months. 
  • Massio does not accept exchange requests for different products. 
  • No exchange or returns on discounted items. 
  • All orders go through a quality check before shipping. However, incase you have received a damaged product, please notify us at care@massio.in within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • In case you want to return a product, please write to care@massio.in within 3 days of receiving the product, with subject: "Returns: Order Number." Please mention the reason for return. 
  • Products sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. 
  • Once we receive the email and product, we will process the refund within one week. 
  • The cost of return/exchange shipping is to be borne by the customer. We will not be arranging a return/exchange pick-up.
  • Massio holds the right to not accept returns or exchanges in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.


ORDER CANCELLATION

  • If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 4 hours of placing the order at care@massio.in with the subject: "Order Cancellation: Order Number."
