When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly along with the order details. In case you haven’t received an email within an hour, please contact us.

Yes! You can cancel an order as long as we haven’t packed it for you. If you wish to cancel your order please write to us within 4 hours of placing the order at care@massio.in with the subject: ORDER CANCELLATION - Order number.

We strive to deliver all our orders in the fastest time possible. Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary between 5 - 7 business days.

Right now, we do not deliver items internationally. You can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India

Please do not accept any damaged package or garment. In the event that this happens, we request you to contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We hope you will love your Massio order, but incase of either damaged product return or size exchange, the products will have to be sent back in its original packaging along with price tags and labels. Please write to us at care@massio.in with the subject: RETURNS - order number. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days by self shipping.

The amount of incorrectly shipped, missing or damaged products will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
