Yes! You can cancel an order as long as we haven’t packed it for you. If you wish to cancel your order please write to us within 4 hours of placing the order at care@massio.in with the subject: ORDER CANCELLATION - Order number.

Right now, we do not deliver items internationally. You can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India

Please do not accept any damaged package or garment. In the event that this happens, we request you to contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We hope you will love your Massio order, but incase of either damaged product return or size exchange, the products will have to be sent back in its original packaging along with price tags and labels.
