RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  •  If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may exchange it for a different size, product, or store credit.
  • All exchange requests to be communicated within 10 days of receipt of the package.
  • All items bought at special prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The products must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. (Unworn and in their original packaging)
  • To initiate the exchange, please write to us at care@massio.in within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • If your exchange is accepted, we will send you an email with the return address along with instructions to send it.
  • All shipping/logistics costs related to exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Products sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted
  • Our store credit is valid for 1 month from the date it is issued. 
  • All orders go through a thorough quality check before shipping. However, in-case you have received a damaged product, please notify us at care@massio.in within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • Customized orders are not eligible for exchange/returns. However, size alterations can be made in case of fit issues.
  • We unfortunately do not offer refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 4 hours of placing the order at care@massio.in with the subject: "Order Cancellation: Order Number."
