RETURNS & EXCHANGE
  • We will process exchange requests within a 2-week period from the date of order delivery.
  • Any purchase can be exchanged only for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you with a store credit for the same amount valid for two months.  
  • No exchange or returns on discounted items. 
  • All orders go through a quality check before shipping. However, incase you have received a damaged product, please notify us at care@massio.in within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Products sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. 
  • The cost of return/exchange shipping is to be borne by the customer. We will not be arranging a return/exchange pick-up.
  • Massio holds the right to not accept returns or exchanges in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
  • We can only provide a refund if the product is damaged. Customers must report any damages within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refunds for damaged goods will only be processed after a thorough inspection and confirmation of the damage by our team. In cases where damage is not confirmed, we will notify the customer and provide alternative solutions, such as a replacement or exchange.
  • If you are unhappy with the fit, style, or anything else, we are happy to offer an exchange with any product of your choice, depending on availability. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 4 hours of placing the order at care@massio.in with the subject: "Order Cancellation: Order Number."
